10k Gold & Diamond Vintage Ring

This is an absolutely beautiful vintage solid 10K yellow and white gold and genuine diamond ring I'm not sure of the exact age of the ring but I received it approx 25 years ago and have had it packed away in my storage facility all this time. The ring is in excellent condition and is definitely a beautiful piece. It's a size 8 and it weighs 7.6 g. The entire ring has been tested by a jeweler and everything is genuine. It has 21 individually cut round diamonds and bunches of inset baguettes. The ring has been sitting in storage all this time and has not been cleaned so a professional cleaning and polishing will really bring out the rings truebeauty. The markings are 10K some type of Makers Mark that contains the letter B with a design around it and another marking which reads A193. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
