This 1" SAE JIC 37° Swivel Nut 45° Elbow is a flexible component suitable for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems. Its maximum pressure rating can reach up to 10,000 P.S.I., contingent on the tube and fitting size. The vibration resistance is commendable but diminishes with larger tube sizes. For enhanced vibration resistance, a two-piece design is advised. Crafted from carbon steel (AISI/SAE 12L14) with a zinc and yellow dichromate finish, it's compatible with copper, brass, steel, aluminum, and other flareable tubing.
