- IDEAL REPLACEMENT -- This fuel injector rebuild kit contains everything required to rebuild all 8 injectors for HEUI injectors. Kit includes washers (.002" / .004"), DPS0010 screws, IP15 Torx, T10 Torx, feeler gauge (.002" / .004"), Fuel Injector O-Ring Seal Kit, Vise Clamp and stainless Steel Back up Rings [as pictured]. Easy to fix ‘HARD TO START’ issue when cold without removing the injectors.
- DIRECT REPLACEMENT -- Replace for # DT466E, I530, 1833564C92, DP0008, DP0007, DP0010, DP0014 MY1401 DPS0014.
- FUNCTION -- Kit includes stainless- steel washers & solenoid spacer shims. If the clearance between your armature plate and adapter plate is causing cold start issues, you can install the washers to increase the clearance back to .004" to .005" (like new injectors). Placed solenoid shims under all four corners of the solenoid (for a total of .005"), to increase the Solenoid to armature clearance to near factory specs, when solenoid is energized.
