Abus Eterna Laminated Padlock 41/50

Abus 41 series laminated steel padlock is made up of individually plated laminated steel sections with the bottom most plate hardened. The laminates individually refined with the new 'Eterna' treatment process for optimum protection from corrosion offering up to 40 years weather protection.. A 30 mm laminated level 5 steel padlock with plates that are individually plated for superior corrosion protection, comes complete with a 5 mm diameter hardened steel shackle and tough countersunk rivets which resist attack. The cylinder is protected against drilling and pulling and encapsulates a 4 pin precision tumbler. The lock is provided with two keys and a wrap around vinyl bumper at the bottom of the lock for protection from scratching sensitive surfaces. The rivets in the outer laminates are compressed to protect against the rivet heads being knocked off. Precision pin tumbler cylinder protected against drilling and leverage. Use it in medium security requirement.. Shackle made from hardened steel. Shackle locked on both sides. Self-locking: the lock is locked automatically by pushing down the shackle, no key needed for locking. Drill attack resistant. Highly corrosion resistant due to surface protection. It's steel body plates that are individually coated with a non-hazardous cadmium-free plating, provide superior rust protection. The lubrication used is FDA approved for use in food industry.
