- Our alishan oolong tea grows in taiwan's high mountain tea gardens at an altitude of 1200 to 1700 meters. The special environment with a temperature difference of over 10℃ between day and night extends the growth cycle of the tea trees. Immersed in the clean air by mountain springs, far from industrial pollution and pesticides, every leaf of tea carries the pure aroma of Ali Mountain.
- The tea leaves are in the form of semi-spherical tight granules and have a dark green color. After brewing, the leaves unfurl and the edges of the leaves turn a pale red "red edge". This is a sign of the combined effect of the semi-fermentation process of oolong tea and the alpine climate. The tender buds and leaves suspended in the tea soup are like maple leaves falling from the mountains, dancing in the amber-colored tea soup.
- The first smell of dry tea reveals a fresh orchid fragrance interwoven with a hint of milk aroma. After warming the cup, the aroma of ripe fruits and honey rises from the steam. This sense of layering of "one tea with multiple aromas". Combined with traditional charcoal roasting techniques, it forms a three-dimensional aroma with a fresh top note, a rich middle note and a sweet base note.
- The tender buds are hand-picked. From the precise control during the shaking process to the repeated shaping after rolling, every step follows the ancient method of "making tea based on the weather and the tea itself". It not only locks in the cold aroma of high mountain tea but also endows the tea soup with a warm woody aftertaste.
- It is recommended to use a white porcelain covered bowl for brewing. Pour water at 90℃ slowly along the inner wall of the cup. The first infusion should be poured out after 15 seconds, and the time for each subsequent infusion should be increased by 5 seconds.
