• Ames Peel & Stick Seam Tape is a contouring, self-adhesive, heavy duty, fleece-backed butyl-rubber seam tape to use with any of our coatings. Changes in temperature cause the vulnerable areas in your structure to expand and contract, Ames Peel & Stick Seam Tape reinforces these areas.
• Use this strong tape on wood, concrete, metal, and most types of roofing including RV’s. This flexible tape has 500% elongation to reinforce and create a barrier over roof vents, flashings, seams in metal, or any crack or gap. Peel off the backing, line it up with the seam or crack, and press firmly over entire surface. Must be top coated for exterior applications.
