I believe the bristles are horse hair
Repousse floral pattern
I have seen this called a hat or bonnet brush
Overall in very nice condition with one small dent observed on top of handle
No monogram
Hallmark says sterling and based on my limited research I believe this is from France
Marks show a sailing ship, a T, and a boar's head I think
I believe this is from at least the 1800s (the Victorian age) but I am not certain of and may be older
