AP03 Pressure Oil System IPR Air Test Tool Kit for 6.0L-7.3L Diesel For use with 6.0L and 7.3L diesel engines (1994–2007).This air test tool kit enables detection of small leaks in the pressure oil system.It replaces the IPR valve to seal the system, allowing pressurization and leak identification.Includes: 1 hose 1 shutoff valve 1 ICP fitting for 6.0L engines 1 ICP fitting for 7.3L engines 1 air pressure meter 2 interconnectors 1 Jake introduction fitting 1 roll of PTFE tape 1 T fitting Installation steps: 1.Remove the air cleaner, FICM, and coolant degas bottle (turbo removal is not required).2.Remove the IPR valve.3.Thread the tool into the IPR port and hand-tighten using the hose.4.Connect shop air and listen for leaks.5.Close the shutoff valve on the tool to seal the system and isolate leaks.6.Optionally, use a scan tool to monitor system pressure via the ICP reading.
