This top is designed with a standard marine edge on all sides, and it has a 1-inch extension on each side, enabling cooking equipment to sit flat. The cabinet exterior is constructed of stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, enhancing durability and facilitating cleaning. Because the drawers of the Arctic Air ARCB36 refrigerated chef base are fully extended, pans can be loaded and unloaded without tipping over. The drawer facings, linings, and frames are constructed of strong stainless steel. This piece of equipment's top drawer holds 4-inch-deep pans, while the bottom drawer holds 6-inch-deep pans.
