Both nibs: Hartman fountain pen, fine point

This is a double-nib fountain pen. The manufacturer is Hartman.
Both nibs are intact, the parts that are easily broken, and it can be used if ink is added.

The nib width is fine.
The writing feel is slightly scratchy, and although it's very fine, it has some flex.

It's an eyedropper-filler type, where you open the section and inject ink with a syringe or similar.

A sticker that was apparently attached at the time of sale is still present, which reads "This item is absolutely not discounted A No. 3 Hartman ￥3.00".

It's probably an antique from about 100 years ago, so I've marked it as "slightly damaged," but I think it's in quite good condition for its age.
