The top's substantial weight and 1/16" silicon nitride bearing ensure impressive, achievable spin times of 5 minutes or more. Spinning from the outer diameter yields lower RPMs than stemmed tops, but I've achieved over 12 minutes with the limited edition copper FlatTop.
