Using high nitrogen fertilizers lowers ph, making iron in the soil even less available which is why iron supplements must be chelated. Easy dosing Foliar: Seedlings: 1/2 Teaspoon per gallon Small plants and shrubs: 1/2 Teaspoons per gallon Trees: 1 Teaspoon per gallon Pots and containers: Small Plants 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Larger plants and small trees 1 teaspoon per gallon. Hydroponics: Recirculating Systems 1/4 teaspoon per gallon (Drain to Waste) Soilless, Coco, Rockwool 1/4 teaspoon per gallon for small plants, 1/2 teaspoon for large plants.
