• The cross is screwed under the lid, it has to be unscrewed first and placed on top of the censer, as shown on the listed photos. There is also a helping note on the box! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!
• Designed to burn a small charcoal up to 27mm / 1.06in. Can burn any type of incense. Don't put too much incence or large charcoal because it will not light up correctly.
• Let the charcoal light up correctly before closing the lid or it will not be able to stay lit.
