Simiron 50 TEX is a professional-grade, 50-mesh non-slip additive designed to improve traction in floor coatings without compromising appearance, coverage, or application performance. Engineered with spherical particles, this slip-resistant texture additive increases the coefficient of friction while maintaining a smooth, comfortable feel underfoot. Unlike aggressive sand or aluminum oxide additives, 50 TEX enhances safety without creating a harsh or abrasive surface. The clear formula will not cloud, discolor, or alter the gloss level of your coating.

• PROFESSIONAL SLIP-RESISTANT ADDITIVE (50 MESH) – 50 TEX is a 50-mesh spherical texture additive designed to increase the coefficient of friction in floor coatings, creating a safer walking surface without aggressively altering the feel of the floor.
• COMPATIBLE WITH SIMIRON FLOOR COATINGS – Designed to mix seamlessly into Simiron Polyaspartic, Epoxy, Polyurea, and other floor coatings. Also compatible with latex-based, oil-based, paints, stains, and sealers (do not use in wood stains).
• WILL NOT CHANGE COLOR OR COVERAGE – Clear, gloss-compatible formula that does not cloud the coating, reduce coverage rate, or increase viscosity. Maintains the appearance and performance of your floor system.
• EASY MIXING – 1 CONTAINER PER GALLON – Add one container of 50 TEX into one gallon of fully mixed coating (after combining all components if applicable). Stir thoroughly and occasionally re-stir during application to keep particles evenly suspended.
• DESIGNED FOR FINAL TOPCOAT APPLICATION – For best results, mix into the final topcoat layer. Apply with a roller to achieve uniform slip resistance across the surface.
