Compatible with Suzuki Quadracer R450 (Quad Bike) ATV 1/12 Scale Diecast Metal Model - Yellow

At 1/12 scale this model is quite big, if feels quite substantial and easily covers most of your outstretched hand. It measures 6 inches from the edge of the back tires to the edge of the front tires. The width is 3.75 inches from tire to tire and 3.5 inches high from ground to the top of the handle bars. The model has some suspension movement on the front and back wheels. The box makes it clear to label the model as "Diecast metal with plastic parts" since it seems that most of the mode is made of plastic with only minor sections made of metal. However, one would have to be very discriminant/observant to be able to differentiate where the metal ends and the plastic starts. These models are really well made and at this level of finishing and detail, it is quite irrelevant what the material is when the overall model is so realistic. The wheels are made of plastic and can roll very smoothly so be sure of how you display these models. I say this because if you are not careful it will roll off an uneven table/shelf, and these things will not survive a fall. Keep in mind that these are really not toys and will not last long if played with regularly. These will definitely not last long if given to a child of a spin on the sandbox or back yard. These models come in a window box. The box is labeled as "Not suitable for children under 5" but I would say 14 (years) sounds like more realistic (as other models are labeled). These models are really made for display. The box measures 7" x 4" x 4"
