- All our Competition Cook-Off series blades have been cryogenically tempered to improve their strength and edge-holding ability.
- Made from 440 Stainless Steel and polished to a satin finish.
- 11-1/2" overall length, with a 6" high flat ground blade that is 2-1/2" deep and has a 3/8" thong hole.
- 1/8" wide contoured tang fits to your hand and uses three 5/32" diameter pins to secure the handle.
- Available on its own or as part of our Pitmaster's Set.
