I believe this is a rare and hard-to-find design, no longer available for purchase.
The blue part of the actual pen is a lighter, pastel blue (light blue) than in the images.
It has been stored unused.
The ballpoint pen does not have ink.
Please read the attached instruction manual and, if you would, prepare a refill yourself.
There is no mechanical pencil.
The outer case and the pen itself are clean, but there is dirt and creasing on the part that secures the pen inside. (Image 2)
