This is DDR4 Registered ECC Memory (RDIMM) used for servers only. Pulled from a working server and has been tested before shipping.
They were used in a Dual Xeon E5 X99 system. The memory modules use Samsung 8Gb B-die (
K4A8G085WB) and can achieve quite low tRFC, if your BIOS can adjust subtimings.
