Vintage divided serving dish / chip-dip platter / appetizer tray.Handpainted & signed.Glazed ceramic, beige with a sponge type finish with red & green chili peppers around the edge.Size: 11 inches diameter.Condition is excellent, except for one small chip on the underneath of one edge - it's not visible from above (see last photo).The underneath says "Scioto '97", and is signed what looks like "Cherokee".
