Our subspil package for EU-model Y-axis machining centers will not only boost your machine's productivity but also offers new options for second-operation machining of your workpieces. The package includes a servo-driven A2-5 milling subspindle with hydraulic claw plate, an air blast system to keep the claw plate and workpiece free of chips on both the main and subspindle, and our CNC control cabinet cooling to ensure efficient electronics operation. The subspindle is fully synchronized with the main spindle for seamless workpiece transfer during the cycle, allowing you to mill the 'other half' of your workpiece in a single setup. An integrated workpiece ejector pushes the milled workpiece into the optional workpiece storage for automatic operation.
