Fiberglass Insulated Type C Extension Wire, 24 Gauge Solid by Evolution Sensors and Controls

This 24 AWG solid Type C Extension Grade Thermocouple Wire, with a diameter of 0.201" and braided fiberglass insulation, is designed to precisely transmit signals from high-temperature Tungsten Rhenium thermocouple sensors. The fiberglass insulation can withstand up to 900°F (482°C), with the bare wire maintaining accuracy within ±0.110 millivolts from 32°F to 1600°F. However, exposure to temperatures above 400°F (200°C) may result in a transfer error exceeding 0.100 millivolts tolerance.

• Insulation Details: Two bare wires (.020") each, insulated with 0.006" thick fiberglass braid in parallel, and an additional 0.006" thick fiberglass overall jacket
• Color Coding: Negative wire - Red, Positive wire - White, Overall jacket - White glass braid with Red Tracers
