The fostoria OCH-Series can be surfaced mounted using the supplied mounting brackets which allow up to a 45° horizontal tilt adjustment. This bracket provides the necessary clearance required to mount each unit to a ceiling or overhead structure. Unit does require a 12” clearance from any vertical (wall) combustible surface. Unit housing contains a textured high-temp powder coated finish. Includes an electrical enclosure assembled to one end of the heater housing and 6' long cord with molded ground plug for quick connection. There is no thermostat, switch or remote included with this heater. We recommend wiring this unit to a properly sized line voltage thermostat; for indoor use our model ET9D4TS, outdoor use our model TW155A. Other control options include using a variable wattage device such as our model VHC-15 or VHC-32. Please follow all installation instructions that accompany each heater.
