PRO-GLUE's High Performance PVA Wood Adhesive, a cross-linking polyvinyl acetate, delivers superior bonding with HPVA Type II water resistance. It offers an open time of 10-15 minutes, sets quickly at 70F/70% RH, and has a viscosity of 3700 cps with 52% solids content. Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, it spreads and layers well, creating a rigid glue line. Ideal for paper-backed veneer, bent lamination, and woodworking, it can be applied using a foam roller for varied thickness and wetness. Some settling in the bottle is normal; invert to mix. A warmer curing cycle can be achieved with heated presses or a simple heating blanket (80-90F). Available in 16 oz, 32 oz, 1 gallon, and 5-gallon sizes. Applications include vacuum forming, laminating, woodworking, veneering, and more. Performance guides: spread rate approx 100 sq ft per gal, 75F/4 hours or 90F/1 hour before unclamping, full cure in 24-36 hours.
