Instructions:

Prepare:

• Clean surface area of dirt, grease, oil, paint or loose debris. Remove paint and primer before applying. If wood is rotted or soft, remove loose material and apply J-B Wood Hardener to strengthen wood fibers to seal.
• Place a golf ball size of wood filler onto a mixing board and squeeze into it a ¾ inch line of hardener.

Mix:

• Mix thoroughly. Apply immediately with appropriate tool in thin layers until the gap is filled.

Dry:

• Work quickly since the mixture will set in about 10 minutes at room temperature.
• You can begin to carve and shape in 20 minutes and sand, plane or file in 30.

* Tools and hands can be cleaned with acetone prior to filler hardening.
