This vintage 1992 (knife was purchased new in 1992 by me - the only owner) Philippe Starck Laguiole knife measure 11.5” in total length with the blade 6”
This knife looks amazing on a counter top even as a decorative design element. The design leaves the blade hovering over the surface 1/8 so it never touches the counter. Looks amazing!

In 1992, the ‘Jojo Long Legs’ cheese knife design was displayed at the World Exposition in Seville where FORGE DE LAGUIOLE won the European Design Award. The bakelite handle is an olive green / brown tone. The blade of this Laguiole France cheese knife comes in corrosion resistant polished steel.
