Laser 8207 Timing Belt Checking Gauge - for PSA

Allows the timing belt tension and condition to be assessed on the Citroën, Peugeot and Vauxhall/Opel wet belted 1.0L & 1.2L engines before removing the auxilliary drive belts and cam belt covers. Designed to be used with the camshaft cover removed. • Place the gauge across the width of the belt - if the gauge cannot sit comfortably on the belt, the belt has swollen and must be replaced.
• For use on PSA Group vehicles, including: Citroën, Peugeot, DS & Vauxhall/Opel models.
• Engine Applications include: EB0 1.0L & EB2 1.2L 3 cylinder wet belted engines.Equivalent to OEM tool G-0109-6.
• Used to check the belt tension, swelling & general condition prior to engine stripping & belt replacement. use in accordance with OEM instructions.
