With our pull-up bar, you can train multiple muscle groups at the same time. The small and handy sports equipment shapes both the abdominal muscles and can be used as support for push-ups. To expand the possibilities of performing exercises, the set also has a punch bag holder. So you can get a professional training place in your own home with this set. Four mounting holes guarantee maximum safety and stability. Can be mounted on the wall as well as on our wall bars MH-U205. Two comfortable arm pads, the large backrest and four rubberised handles provide the necessary comfort during your training. • Two ways to install - you can decide where to install your new device. Depending on how much space is available, you can mount the pull-up bar on the wall or create a multifunctional training place in combination with our MH-U204 rung wall. The great advantage of this solution is that the training station is extended, but no additional space is required.
• Adjustable handle - The handles in the armrest area can be adjusted to suit your individual needs with a simple hand movement. The handles can be adjusted at two different distances from the wall, namely with 43 cm and 47 cm. Then you can safely lock the handles in the selected position. The handles are equipped with a high-quality non-slip rubber, which offers a high level of comfort during training.
• Ergonomically shaped arm pads - your comfort during training is very important to us. For the production of the arm pads, we have therefore used a new, thicker foam with the hardness of R90. This foam guarantees a comfortable and secure support for your elbows during exercise.
• Removable bar with punch bag holder - Our pull-up bar offers you the practical way to expand it for more exercise variants. By turning off the side toggle handles, you can quickly remove and rebuild the pole and the punch bag holder.
• Mounting key – The box contents include the matching mounting key, with which the pull-up bar can be easily and conveniently mounted.
