If your product ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our option. See "How to Return" below for directions. We will return your warranty item as quickly as possible. Damages to glasses not covered under warranty, i.e. "wear and tear" including scratched, snapped into two pieces, run over by a car... can sometimes be repaired for a reasonable cost or replaced with our "FOREVER REPLACEMENT POLICY". The worst has happened, your METHOD SEVEN optics took some abuse and got scratched, snapped into two pieces, run over by a car, you name it ... Contact our Customer Service to take advantage of our LIFETIME NEW REPLACEMENT POLICY. For an amount equal to 50% of the original product price (price as published on this website), you can purchase a replacement. This will be true forever but only if you register with METHOD SEVEN within 30 days of purchase. If the product you originally purchased is no longer available, you will be issued the equivalent credit towards another product. |
