Mexican ceramic tile has been carefully composed by our team. Thanks to mineral paints, the Mexican patchwork is abrasion-resistant and even with deep scratches, the pattern remains visible as the colours are embedded in the glass. Each tile is first covered with a primer, then each color is laid separately according to the pattern. After firing, terrazzo tiles get their final colours and high resistance. Talavera type hand-decorated ceramic tiles are made using a traditional technique in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico. Modern kitchen ceramic tiles of the Talavera type, also known as majolica, or simply Azulejos in Spanish, are extremely popular not only in Mexico, but around the world, thanks to their unusual character, design and warm southern colors. The hand-painting of decorative ceramic tiles and the very essence of the technique make the colors differ from room to room.
