20 years after its broadcast, the "aftermath" of the story revolving around Orphnoch, the evolved form of humanity, and mankind is depicted.
Is it a continuation of a "dream", or the beginning of "despair"...?

Mari Sonoda (Yuria Haga) was running the cleaning shop "Seiyo Sentaku-ho Kikuchi" with Jotaro (Daiji Asakawa), Keitaro Kikuchi's nephew, Naoya Kaido (Mitsuru Karahashi), and Masato Kusaka (Kohei Murakami), who had returned at some point, protecting the Orphnochs. Meanwhile, Smart Brain Corporation, which had been revitalized by the government, transformed into a company aiming to exterminate the Orphnochs, and Reiji Fujita (Rei Fujita) led the company.
One day, in order to save the cornered Orphnochs, Kusaka and Kaido become Kamen Rider Kaiza and Snake Orphnoch, and engage in combat with Reina Kurumi (Rumika Fukuda), the captain of the extermination squad, / Kamen Rider Muse. Appearing there was Takumi Inui (Kento Handa), who had disappeared from Mari's sight a few years ago and whose whereabouts were unknown. Takumi transforms into Faiz, Kamen Rider Next Faiz, a different form from before, and begins to use his power as a vanguard of Smart Brain Corporation...!
Mari and the others are confused by the attack of Next Faiz. Why is Takumi at Smart Brain? What has he been doing until now?
Their reunion, filled with turmoil, was only the prologue to a new story about the Orphnochs and mankind.
