Brand new - was opened, game was played once then stored away.
The game is NOT included - factory reset ready for someone else to put their own user.
Originally purchased in the UK - so when this was brought over to the US I purchased a US compatible charger (official from Nintendo).
It's been charged it to make sure it was in working order to see screen turn on.
