The Tork 2001 thermal type photocell is a great choice for commercial use in billboard lights, parking lot lights, decorative lights, and security lights. The translucent Lexan dome is vandal and impact resistant while screening out UV rays. The photocell also features a delay of up to two minutes to prevent false switching due to car headlights or lightning. Functioning in temperatures from -40 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the dome and base are ultrasonically welded for maximum strength and come with a 1/2-inch thread for conduit mounting and three color coded 6-inch wire leads. The unit is low profile, with a 1.625 inch width, while the thermal SPST switch and the 180 degree swivel make it perfect in the commercial setting. The unit will control 2000 watts of Tungsten lighting and works on 120 volt systems.
