This item has been used so sorry for how it's packaged back up but I'm willing to go low on price due to that. This is the first one they came out with so it does not connect to a 5 ghz wifi connection only 2 ghz. The little panels in the pictures that hide the wires are probably all used up and not sticky anymore. If it comes with anything to mount it I don't think it's in there anymore. However both work great. They worked amazing for my son we brought home from the ICU but he's older and doesn't need them anymore. A full description of the product is in the pictures above.
