Incredibly rare antique occult / mysticism / supernatural / spiritual book all about the powers and properties of decorative ornamentation and design. Richly illustrated, decorative endpapers and gilt inlay to front cover and spine. Boards somewhat soiled, bowed, and worn around the edges. Small holes from deterioration on bottom edge of front endpaper. The page between introduction and first section appears to have been cut out. A few instances of mildly split binding though hinges remain secure. See photos for condition.
