Got a damaged CheckMate not covered by warranty? We can help! Send it in, and we'll recondition your computer. Here's what you need to know: Order online, and you'll get an order confirmation email with mailing instructions, our address, and your receipt. Our reconditioning service includes a fresh battery, replacement wire pigtails, a new lens and red bezel, LCD replacement as required, new 'click' style buttons, and any other necessary repairs, all backed by a 90-day warranty. Please note, this service is only available for red CheckMate and CheckMate+ computers. For grey CheckMate XL, we offer battery replacement only. Due to backordered parts, service may take up to 3 weeks.
