This is a Robert Tonner doll. Head dated 2005, body 2006.
After researching 2006 body Tonner dolls, this appears to be a Wilde Imagination doll. Possibly Essential Ellowyne Seven Collection doll.
She has inset eyes, rather than painted eyes. She has beautiful eyelashes applied. Articulated at knee, elbow & wrist. Hair is a wig, not rooted. Her finger & toenails are painted a light pink.
With the bangs & lashes she just needs red lips to be Taylor Swift!
She is flawed, hence the lower price. For restoration or ooak. One knee has a crack. Still bends carefully & cannot be seen with pants on. I believe some good glue may fix it? Also slight chipping in her armpits, this appears to be cosmetic. Legs are slightly loose, arms are fine. One thumb has a slight chip, have to be looking closely to see.
Clothes are not Tonner.
