This unique and patented device has been helping stop false fire alarms around the world for almost 30 years without restricting legitimate alarms. This tamperproof, tough polycarbonate cover is ideal for schools, hospitals, nursing homes, stores, hotels and public buildings of almost every kind. 95 dB or 105 dB self-contained alarm. Cover is connected to the frame by a cable; when cover is lifted it hangs from the frame by this cable. Horn stops blaring once cover is snapped back onto the frame. 3 year guarantee against breakage of polycarbonate in normal use, 1 year on electronics. End user must verify the alarm and battery function every six months and replace battery annually or as required. UL Listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. Includes battery.
