The Sartorius microwave moisture analyzer is ideal for samples that contain a high moisture content. Samples are heated by the absorption of microwave radiation, providing accurate moisture analysis in a fraction of the time it takes other thermogravimetric methods. The built-in analytical weighing system, featuring a 70 g capacity and 0.1 mg resolution, measures the weight loss of a sample and determines the end point at which the sample has reached a constant weight. This process takes approximately 40 to 120 seconds, depending on the type of sample and moisture content. An air moisture sensor integrated in the exhaust system monitors the drying process. A two-key operation allows you to easily conduct routine moisture measurements.
