This appears to be a lassi cup (lassi is a traditional yogurt drink from the Islamic Pakistan India region) from the early 1900's based on research. It is hand forged and hand etched. The etching is quite detailed with a floral and leaf pattern with three leaping/dancing figures. It is unbranded but likely made in India.
Condition is very good, no obvious damage found. Imperfections such as shape of cup due to being hand crafted.
Measures 2 7/8 x 3 tall.
