On the outside of the ring are teeth to catch the gear of the handle, this is what turns your machine, and makes each needle go around! How to Replace: This part is located at the very center of your machine, you will need to remove all the exterior screws, all outer rings, and all of the needles. You will also need to carefully separate the two main sections of your machine’s body, being sure not to disconnect the wires for your counter.
