This product is a high-strength, two-part polyester structural repair putty that is ideal for boat building and repair applications. It has a high strength and stiffness, and can be used to bond a variety of materials, including fiberglass, wood, and metal. This putty is easy to mix and apply, and has a long working time, allowing it to be used for a variety of applications. It is also non-shrinking and has a low odor, making it a safe and convenient option for use in a variety of environments. Comes with catalyst/ hardener.

• Polyester Structural Repair Putty is ideal for boat building and repair applications where high-strength structural bonding is critical, such as hull to deck, stringers to hull, liner to hull, and bonding bulkheads. It’s also great for bonding dissimilar composite, fiberglass, aluminum and wood surfaces.
• Advanced Ortho Structural Putty (Fiber Filler) is a polyester based multi purpose bonding putty. Manufactured with an orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin combined with glass fiber for strength and bonding properties and thixotropic agent.
• The Advanced Structural Bonding Putty is easy to mix and apply with a putty knife or spreader. It has a long working time and can be sanded and painted once cured.
• Easily catalyzed with 1 to 2% MEKP that comes with the gallon of structural putty. Depending on the ambient temperature, you can expect 15 minutes of work time to apply the putty.
• Structural Polyester Putty is great for boat building, filling voids, filleting, bonding and repairs. It cures with a surface tack.
