- Ancient Firing Technique & Mirror Finished - Clay kadai are rubbed thoroughly with a special quality stone which imparts that Mirror finish & Shine. Also firing/baking of the products are done by TRADITIONAL technique with Wood & Hay where higher firing-temperatures(around 1200°C) are used. This makes the pot Black in color & provides Extra Strength & Durability.
- 100% Organic & Natural- Zero use of chemicals and colors that imparts uniform reddish or black color to the finished product. Swadeshi Blessings highly condemn this wrongful act.
- Benefits- Clay is somewhat porous so heat and moisture circulate through the pot, unlike metal & enamel pots therefore it is perfect for slow cooking without overheating. This helps retain all the natural vitamins and minerals of the food. Clay Kadai add many essential nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and sulphur to food.
- Clay is Alkaline in nature, hence it interacts with the acidity in the food and neutralizes the pH balance. Thereby reducing the common stomach problems, that even youngsters in the grab of due to excessive consumption of Fast Foods. Clay contains all the possible vitamins, even vitamin B12.
- Instructions: When you start using Clay Kadai for the first time, immerse it in water or buttermilk for 24 hours. Then wash it thoroughly from both inside & outside with the Ash. This is will remove the firing ash stuck with the product if any. Then allow it to dry it up in sunlight for few hours before using it for the first time. This makes the product robust & durable.
