Yes, both side have Vel-cro and have bands to hold the fold over. Does this have the Vel-cro on the inside of it? Yes, vel-cro loop lining inside. How wide is this belt? Nylon webbing width of the outer belt is the standard 2.0 inches. Its width increases to 2-1/6 inch when including the bound edges; the inner belt width is 1.5 inches. Product Features: This belt system is very slim and low profile so it wont stick out as much as other belts which looks great on smaller frames so you dont look like you're wearing a hoola hoop.
