The twin-rail AnyDoor system adjusts from 2'6" to 9' to suit standard door heights and allows unlimited hinge positioning within the rails for routing square, 1/4" radius or 5/8" radius hinges in timber doors and frames. The lock jig features an adjustable fence for 1-5/16" to 2-1/4" thick doors with multiple templates to accurately rout mortises for common lock cases and faceplates with quick-release clamps for fast setup. The strike plate jig uses a dual-layer system to rout both the face plate recess and deeper mortise with sliding aluminium plates that adjust to suit latch plates, strike plates and keep plates. A foot-operated door lifter raises doors up to 1-1/2" for hinge alignment while the door stand securely supports doors during routing and jig setup
