These rack mounted safety spotter arms are designed to add controlled barbell protection when training independently on compatible power and squat racks. When lifting without a spotter, having a reliable safety catch system in place helps manage missed repetitions during exercises such as bench press, squats, shoulder press, and other barbell movements performed inside the rack. Constructed from commercial grade steel, each safety arm is built to support repeated use in home and commercial gym environments. The design includes a 1 inch mounting peg combined with a hook style adjustment mechanism that seats securely into rack uprights. A wraparound bracket enhances contact with the upright to help maintain alignment and stability during use. Protective rubber strips run along the entire top surface of each safety arm to help reduce barbell contact wear, minimize noise, and protect both the bar and the safety arms during failed lifts. This full length coverage allows the barbell to settle evenly across the surface when set down.
