Victoria Park Toile Bradford Valance--Toile print fabric originated in France in the 18th century and immediately became a popular decorating pattern that still holds true today. Measures 70 inches wide, it will accommodate approximately 30 - 60 inches of window width. Length is measured overall 17 inches from header top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to bottom of panel.
