This is an Art Fair garment if I've ever seen one - made by the vintage 1990's-era CA designer Carole Dolighan. The lovely set is made out of 100% silk in a deep burgundy wine red with a purple undertone. The jacket & sleeveless dress are made of two layers of silk, the inner liner & the puckered outer layer. The scarf is an unusual mixture of tie-dye, flat silk, & puckered embellishments on both tails. Really incredible! I wish it fit me, but it doesn't. Excellent rarely if ever worn condition; a few storage wrinkles.
