CLIsyntec Welding Anti-Spatter Compound is a fully synthetic product formulated to prevent weld spatter from adhering to metal surfaces. This high performance compound eliminates costly grinding labor and downtime assigned to removing weld spatter. Workpiece stays cooler helping to prevent flat surfaces from bowing. This formula is water based, completely non-hazardous, and environmentally safe. It does not contain solvents, ozone depletors, silicones, or oils or hydrocarbons. It can be safely handled with no special storage precautions. Perfect for use with single part welding, production weld cells, and use in robot torch blowdown systems. After welding, this product is easily removed with water and will not contaminate pretreatment systems prior to painting parts. It can be applied with roller, brush, dip, or trigger spray. DIRECTIONS: Spray Anti-Spatter Compound directly onto surface prior to welding. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Keep lid closed when not in use. Avoid freezing temperatures. Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear protection when in use. Avoid eye and skin contact.
