The Hold Down Clamp is by far one of the easiest ways to clamp wood to a drill press table or any work surface that has an aluminum T-Track. The Woodpeckers Hold Down Clamp has far more surface area than most toggle clamps and unlike standard clamps, the Woodpecker HDC has rubber tipped ends to dramatically increase grip on both surfaces as well as reduce denting of the work piece. Another design improvement is the pivot slug which ensures that the clamp bolt always sits perpendicular to the work surface.
